Francesco
ParticipantHi there,
I can’t see the form anymore when I am logged in my dash. I click on this page and I get always the log in page even if I am already logged in. Before was working but now has been almost a month that makes this problem. This is the page: http://www.bristol2night.co.uk/events/submit-event/add
Other question: Why the page has this name??: “WP Router Placeholder…”
many thanks

ParticipantThanks for this information!
The first thing that stood out to me here was the plugin on your site called “The Events Calendar: Frontend Submission”. That is NOT a plugin we make or endorse, and may be causing problems here.
So first, try deactivating that plugin and see if anything improves with the problems you reported here. If those problems persist, please run through the rest of the troubleshooting steps outlined here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
This process will reveal if there’s a plugin conflict, or at least rule it out as a possible culprit.
Let us know what you find!
Thanks,

ParticipantThank you for trying that Francesco! If those problems persist, please run through the rest of the troubleshooting steps outlined here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
Your patience is much appreciated, thank you. These steps are important to help reveal or rule out theme or plugin conflicts, which are likely the culprit here.
Thanks,

ParticipantHey Francesco,
You deleted one plugin. All those steps tell you to do is to deactivate – not delete – the other plugins on your site. This is very easy to do – go to the “Plugins” page on your site, and for every plugin that is not The Events Calendar, Events Calendar Pro, or Tribe Filter Bar, just click “Deactivate”.
Then after each one, check on your issues and see if the behavior changes at all.
It’s a simple process that takes a few minutes at most – what specific thing here made you upset? You do not have to write code or anything here, just deactivate some plugins and see if that affects the behavior of the problem at all.
