Community Events add form doesn't load

Hi, i just purchase the community add on and installed on my site but nothing come up when i try to link it
just show a blank page.

my events page is working just fine ” http://www.konpaevents.com/events

Can someone help me please.

I’m sorry to hear that things aren’t working right now. I have two suggestions:

1. Go to Settings > Permalinks in your admin area, and just click “Save Changes” without actually making any changes. This may seem like an odd thing to do but is a little “trick” within WordPress to get the permalinks across your site to refresh, which might help here. After doing this, go to http://www.konpaevents.com/events/community/add – does it work?

i had to disable my cache plugin

Thanks for the update @konpaevents! I hope you can find an alternative caching plugin that works, or can set your caching plugin to ignore any JavaScript / CSS / etc. from The Events Calendar for better compatibility…

Reach out to the caching plugin’s support team for assistance with that, if it’s even possible. And best of luck with your search for alternatives if that’s the only option left 🙁
