Community Event form on my website is not working properly on the mobile view.
1. Event Categories do not populate
2. Event tags do not populate
3. Create or Find Venue does not work
4. Create or Find Event Organizer does not work
Please let me know What is the problem here occurring.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
The problem is that all the select inputs are working properly as the demo in mobile view. But as I ACTIVATED the pluing “Community Event Ticket”, then the stopped working. And will not populate as they have to.
Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately!) I’m not able to replicate the same thing, so we’re going to need additional information to help you troubleshoot further:
Given we’re not immediately able to see the same problem, it’s probably also worth running through our standard conflict testing steps – can you give those a shot?
