Changing the location of the tickets on a page with a shortcode

For my website i would like to use a shortcode for the location of the tickets. I found a topic where they already made a plugin for it, but i can’t get it working. Can somebody help me with it?

Can you verify that you installed the newer version of that plugin? If you could also share your system info with me, that would be great.

After you installed and activated the plugin, was “[events_tickets_form] shortcode” an option under Events > Settings > Tickets > Location of tickets form?
