    Hi there,

    I have been ripping out what little hair I have left on this, so help would be very much appreciated.

    We have built a new website and loaded Events Calendar Pro on to the test domain with the license pointing to that domain. Everything was working fine so the site was launched on the proper domain name.

    Yesterday I noticed that there was a warning message on the WordPress dashboard that the licence wasn’t correct, so I went to the Events Calendar Pro account page and changed it to the new/correct domain. Ever since then the calendar has stopped working.

    The Diary Displays but when you hover over the date nothing pops up like it used to. Also, when you click on the actual date nothing displays.

    I have also noticed that the widget on the side bar is not working either. When a date on that is clicked it just goes straight to the home page of the website again.

    The events are there because if I set it to “Page View” it lists the events.

    PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE can somebody help before I have to make a costly visit to Elton John’s hairdresser.

    Hey Kevin,

    Sorry to hear you’re experiencing such frustration and rest assured I’m here to help save your hair! It sounds like you could be dealing with a caching issue. Have you reviewed our Testing for conflicts guide? If not, please do so and let me know what you learn. I’ll also need you to include your System Information as a private reply.
