Cart items gone.

    My site was working and now across all my events it is now showing unlimited tickets event thought ticket has a limit. Also once the item is placed in the cart- it has no button to continue any more. I had de-activated and re-activated the plug in with no luck.

    Hi Eric,

    I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on.

    First, I see that you are running an older version of Event Tickets Plus. Can you try updating to the current version (4.7.1) and see if you are still getting this same issue? After updating, please make sure to clear out any caching you may be doing within a plugin or at the server level. If you don’t see a prompt to update in the Plugins section of your Dashboard, you can do so manually by following these instructions.

    I have two.. Events Tickets is Version 4.7.1 and I also have Events
    Tickets Plus Version 4.6.2

    Both are active… Should I de -activate Event Tickets?

    Hi Eric,

    Event Tickets Plus actually extends Event Tickets, and it does require ET to be able to run…So, you’ll want to keep both active, and make sure that they are both at the current version (which is now 4.7.1 for both).

    Hi Eric,

    I replied to your previous post last week, but it looks like you might not have received the email notification – sorry about that! If this happens in the future, you can always login directly to the thread to see the latest posts.

    To answer your question on deactivating Event Tickets – Event Tickets Plus actually extends Event Tickets, and it does require ET to be able to run…So, you’ll want to keep both active, and make sure that they are both at the current version (which is now 4.7.2 for both).
