ParticipantThe amount box doesn’t show any number and if I click up/down arrows it sets some weird numbers. Why?

Welcome to our forums and thank you for your purchase! I’d be happy to help troubleshoot, though we are fairly limited on these types of conflicts as it’s most likely due to a theme and/or plugin conflict. I say that because I’m unable to reproduce your issue and I don’t see any logged bugs of users reporting similar behaviors.
Please review our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article for more info.

it’s really strange. The FREE Event Ticket version worked smoothly with this Theme (Sydney). The mobile version looks good because the up/down arrows aren’t shown there. When I switch to Twenty Sixteen I see the amount of tickets because again the up/down selection doesn’t show up either. But for the Desktop version the text box gets displayed too narrow (see pic). Can I deactivate the up/down arrows somewhere?

Welcome back and I hope you had a great weekend. Unfortunately, there isn’t much I can do here due to your request relating to a theme conflict/customization which we’re unable to support. I’d start by trying to use CSS to apply some fixes without having to write any more technical code. These Identifying errors using the ‘Inspect’ tool and Using the ‘Inspect’ tool to make changes with CSS YouTube videos are very helpful.
