Can't see the Global Tickets option.

I don’t know if this is maybe a conflict issue. I’ve got both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus installed. I have events where I only have 20 places. I sell deposits in order to secure a place, full tickets and child tickets – I’d like these to be added to the global ticket pool. I don’t have that option when adding a new ticket though. Plugins are all up to date. Painty.co.uk website

I tried deactivating Events Tickets – but not plus and my Tickets option vanished from the event edit area!

I guess this might be due to plugin versions mismatch, it would be great if you could share your system information with me so I can check if everything looks right on that end. Mark your reply as private if you don’t want this info to be publicly visible.

Regarding your second reply, Event Tickets Plus is an add-on for Event Tickets. This means that Event Tickets Plus need Event Tickets to be active.

Hey Craig,

Thanks for following up!

I can see that you are using an old version of Event Tickets Plus (4.0rc1). Can you go to WP-Admin > Dashboard > Updates and see if there’s an update showing for this plugin?

If not, then you to the Download section of your account in this site and download the latest zip, and perform a manual update of the plugin.

Also make sure your licenses are correctly configured to receive automatic updates in the future 🙂

Ok. Brilliant. Thanks for spotting that. Because I was expecting the Updates section to recognise that any plugins were out of date… I didn’t realise. Updated manually and all working as I expected 🙂

hmm. Actually – having said that. I set global tickets to 20 (already sold some though) and it’s coming up as 0 sold. Is this because the tickets had already started selling?

I think so, Can you try to set a new test event to check if global stock works as expected for new tickets?
