ParticipantHi,
I have installed event calendar pro and event ticket pro in our wordpress. I have added active field at attendee information. I have published and updated the event. However, I can’t find any attendee field which I have created before, how I can fix this problem? Please advice.

If I understand your question correctly, please reference https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/
It may not be clear, but the attendee meta information to be requested is per ticket unless you save it as a field set. Then it becomes available to be used on other tickets.

MemberCould you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please share your System Information and some links to events that should have tickets that request Attendee Meta and send screenshots of the wp-admin event ticket editing setup so we can see how you’ve set it up.

MemberThanks for your system information report. It seems you’re on the latest versions of our plugins, WooCommerce, and WordPress core.

Please make sure your wp-admin Event edit settings are setup properly to sell tickets with Attendee Meta fields.
If you still cannot get it to work, please provide screen shots or video of your wp-admin Events edit screen (specifically this event’s Tickets settings) so I can review them.
