ParticipantIn the event description box, I can’t do any editing – and the visual / text tabs don’t work. Also nothing is displayed in the editor box although content is there… help please!

MemberHi, Joshua. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
This isn’t currently a known issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Sixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

ParticipantI am seeing the same thing…google error shows this as not being a function:
$( ‘.bumpdown-trigger’ ).bumpdown();

ParticipantThanks for letting us know Peter. That is the third report we have seen. We are still trying to isolate whether or not it might be a conflicting theme or plugin, or perhaps an issue unique to a given browser version. What browser and version are you using?
Cheers!

ParticipantIm experiencing the same issue.
The weird part is that my staging server works fine, but the live version is displaying this error even running the latest version of the plugin

ParticipantThank you guys for helping us look into this. I think we have isolated the issue. It has cropped up for users who have a different WordPress Address than their Site Address. Typically it will be something like the WordPress URL is https://example.com while the Side URL is http://example.com. Could you go to WP-Admin > Settings > General and double check your options there? If they are different from each other, such as one being HTTPs, could you alter them to match if possible? That should resolve the issue for now, while we work to release an actual patch in the future.
Does that all make sense? Did that work for you guys? Please let me know.
Cheers!

ParticipantYES! That worked.
My URLs were actually the same, but they were not https – and the site is set to load all with the SSL.I changed the settings for both from http://mysite.com to https://mysite.com and I can see the editor tools now.
THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR THE HELP!
