Cannot Update Licence in Plugin Settings

I am unable to update my renewed licence code in the settings of the plugin. All the tabs are not working so unable to even update any settings! Please see attached image.

I have the Events Calendar Version 4.6.1 and the Events Calendar PRO Version 4.4.18.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Oh no Sam, that doesn’t look right at all.

Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?  I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.  Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.

Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates). 

Can you send in your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ as well to help us troubleshoot further?

Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
