Calendar Showing mobile view even on desktop

Our calendar has started showing up as the mobile view on all desktops. Has this happened with anyone else?

Hi.

I found a known issue in our internal bug tracker for this: Mobile Month View “days” are not clickable in large viewport size when you adjust the mobile breakpoint — which is something I experienced at your site.

I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.

More specific to the issue you actually reported, however, I’d suggest looking into your theme’s functions.php file for tribe_events_mobile_breakpoint. If you’ve customized this (e.g. to change to a really wide pixel value, your site would be operating according to this code.

If you cannot find any code leveraging the tribe_events_mobile_breakpoint filter, I’d be surprised, but we could then follow our recommended troubleshooting steps:

Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

• Downloads / Version Numbers
• TEC Automatic Updates
• or TEC Manual Updates
• WordPress core updates

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.

Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).

You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

It looks like you may be using the W3 Total Cache plugin. The problem may be contributed to it’s configuration. There’s a few topics on this forum that should get you in the right direction. Try searching for W3TC.

Here’s a starting point. There’s a few other suggestions out there by others.

Thanks for the replies. We had not done any customization in the functions, so it wasn’t that, but I did follow the instructions in the thread about W3 Super cache and that fixed it!
