ParticipantHello!
I’m trying to get the Events Calendar Pro to work properly and its just not showing up correctly at all.. See link its really disproportionate and looks really messy – I did not change any programming on it.November 15, 2016 at 4:45 pm #1192859George
ParticipantHi Joel,
It looks like you may be using the [tribe_events] shortcode here. View the edit screen of this page in “Text” mode instead of “Visual” mode. Make sure your shortcode does not have any HTML tags around it like this:
[tribe_events]
or this:
<code>[tribe_events]</code>or this:
[tribe_events]
Or any combination of those…you should just have this on its own line:
[tribe_events]☝️ Do you find any such HTML around your shortcodes, and if so, does removing it as instructed above help?
Thanks!

MemberHi, Joel. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I see your site has a calendar on it now, but I noticed a console error at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Sixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberExcellent!
I’d still suggest resolving that console error.
