Already tried to turn off all plugins en reinstall de calendar plugin.

Must say I’m a little disapointed seeing all the upgrade problems here. It’s not a cheap plugin..

    Hi Mischa,

Welcome and thanks so much for reaching out!

I’m so sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your site.  Unfortunately, as per our Support Policy, we cannot log in to your site, however I will do my best to fix your issue here.

I do not see Events Calendar PRO listed under your active plugins, though I do see that you have purchased a license.  Please make sure that it is activated and updated to the most recent version (v4.4.18).

Can you check that Events Calendar PRO is connected to your current license key? See My Account » Licenses to find your current key.

You may want to also just manually re-enter the license key, even if it is correct, and ‘Save Changes’.

As a next step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
    This is usually because of:

    1.    A conflict with another plugin

    2.    A conflict with your WordPress theme

    3.    A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

    1.    Make a backup of your database

    2.    Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hey Jaimy,

Thanks for the long reply. Unfortunately nothing works. Here’s the steps that I took:

    – Shut of all plugins
    – Turned off childtheme
    – Switched to 2017 theme
    – Installed on a clean wordpress installation
    – checked my memery
    – updated my vps to php7

Still nothing. Since its for a client this is becoming to much off a hassle.

Could you please give me a refund?

I would be happy to continue to troubleshoot with you if you and your client are still interested.  I took a look at your calendar, and everything seems to be working properly for now, although you most likely have Events Calendar PRO disabled.  If you are still interested, would you mind being a bit more specific about what the issue is?

One thing you may want to look at is what your events slug is, to make sure that the calendar is where you think it is:

If you’d prefer, you can fill out a refund request here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/

Ultimately, we’d love to continue to work together but if you’d prefer the refund, we completely understand.

    Thanks,

    Jaime

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
