ParticipantHi,
The available number of tickets displayed next to the ticket Qty field disappears as soon as the Qty field is updated. It is displayed on page load, however when the Qty field gets updated, it seams to fail to recalculate the available qty left and just fails to display the calculated value all together.
This only happens when you have the following setup:
1. Global inventory is on.
2. There are multiple tickets for the even, both have Global inventory option turned on.
3. On of the tickets has expired. Here is the url to use to test this:

MemberGood afternoon Marina and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the remaining quantity disappearing on you once you use the quantity button on your site.
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Secondly, as a quick test (I recommend doing a database backup just in case), can you tell if the issue persists if you temporarily switch back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-fifteen (you can use a “Maintenance page” plugin to prevent your visitors from seeing this test).
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Marina,
Thank you for writing back.
Based on your system information, it looks like you are still using WP rocket plug-in.
Unfortunately, even though this used to be a great plug-in, it is no longer supported and is known to not be compatible with the events calendar plug-in since version 4.0.So I would definitely recommend deactivating the plug-in to begin with and see how that goes.
If that still doesn’t solve the issue, the next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
