ParticipantHi,
It appears the Events Tickets Plus plugin is not showing the attendees in the list however when exporting we have all the information showing. Both standard and plus plugin are up to date however no luck on the text displaying in the list.
Any ideas?
Cheers

ModeratorHey Matthew,
Welcome back from the holiday break and I hope your New Year is off to a great start! I am not having the same issues as you’ve described. I see you checked ‘Yes’ to reverting back to the default WordPress theme and deactivating all plugins other than ours as instructed in the Testing for conflicts guide, but can you please confirm this?
It might be best you set up a fresh WordPress installation where you can fully troubleshoot the issue. Please review ourย Using One License for Live and Dev Sitesย for more information.
Please make sure WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are enabled on your site’s wp-config.php file. Any errors will display at the top of your page as you try to reproduce the conflict. Note what you find and please include it in your reply. Any screenshots you can provide would be helpful as well.
Please keep me updated and have a great evening. Cheers!

ParticipantHi Hunter,
I have tested this yes, we do have a dev site; vsf.leap.uk.net which has all the same settings however the attendees is working for this one! The only thing that would be different is the plugins on the dev one will need updating, where as the live site is on the latest copy.

ModeratorHello,
Thank you for the update. Can you try updating the plugins on your dev site to the latest versions and retesting to see if the issue occurs? Have you copied your live database and uploaded it to your dev site recently? If not, it’s best you do that so you ensure you’re working on an exact replica of your live site.
The only relative bug report I’m finding has to do with attendees who paid via PayPal’s order information does not appear until the order has been marked as “Complete” in WooCommerce. Do you have the option seen in this screenshot checked or unchecked?
Thanks again and take care ๐

ParticipantHi Hunter,
This site does not include woocommerce so this is not the issue. I have however updated the dev site plugins to find that I am unable to look at attendees, more than likely assuming this may be due to the license key probably not being valid on this specific address anymore as it the license is on the live site. Does this sound correct to you?

ModeratorHello,
Can you share the System Information as a private reply for your dev site? I just set up a test event with a ticket and a text attendee ticket fieldset. After completing the checkout process (I use WooCommerce for my E-commerce platform), I am able to see the attendee meta in the attendee report page.
Thanks and take care ๐

ModeratorHello,
Thank you for sharing the System Information with me. I see you’re running outdated versions of our plugins. Please update to the most recent versions available, then review the Testing for conflicts guide once again to see if the issue persists.
If it does, please reply back and include your updated System Information as a private reply.
Thanks and have a good evening ๐
