ParticipantI’m not sure when this started as this site is still in development phase, but the attendee information is not being stored in the backend when an order is processed. It was working originally, but now I’m having trouble making it work. I’ve tried disabling different plugins to see if there’s a conflict to no avail.

ParticipantAny news on this. It seems to be a widespread problem, any help would be greatly appreciated.

ModeratorHey Blane,
Thank you for your purchase and welcome to the premium plugin forums! Sorry to see you here under the circumstances. I’d be more than happy to look into the issue, but before doing so I’ll need you to update all of our plugins to their latest versions, then review the Testing for conflicts guide and let me know what you find out. Please include your System Information as a private reply.
When testing, please make sure WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are enabled on your site’s wp-config.php file. Any errors will display at the top of your page as you try to reproduce the conflict. I also recommend right-clicking your mouse and opening the ‘Inspect’ tool to see if any errors display in the console. Note what you find and please include it in your reply.
Once I have all that information, I’ll have a better idea on how to proceed. Thanks again and have a pleasant rest of your day. Cheers!

ParticipantAnother thing I just noticed about this is that the unique SKU is not showing up in the event attendee list. Don’t know if that helps or not, but I wanted to add this to the information provided.

ParticipantThis forum seems to be pretty slow to respond, and my current client is trying to get his website launched today so that he can start selling tickets. These plugins cost more than most, and I had hoped that would afford me better support, but I’m afraid I might’ve been wrong. Please let me know what I can do to resolve this problem short of having to rebuild with another plugin. Thank you.

ParticipantFWIW, I downgraded to 4.4.1, and I’m receiving attendee details again. I’m a bit scared to update now, but I think it seems like I can at least launch without any real problems.

ModeratorHi Tyler,
Thanks for your patience. We typically aim to respond within 24 hours of user replies, so if I’ve fallen short I truly apologize. During the weekends, things tend to slow down a little. Regardless, I really appreciate you testing so in-depth to rule out any theme and plugin conflicts.
With that said, I compared your latest findings with our list of logged bugs and I’m confident in saying the issue you’re experiencing is due to a bug in our latest versions. As you’ve already done, downgrading is a temporary solution until we can get things patched up in a future maintenance release. Once we do have an update available, we’ll update this thread with more information. It’s also best to keep an eye our our Release Notes and the plugin changelogs.
Again, thank you for your patience and willingness to troubleshoot in order to be sure the behavior you’re experiencing is in fact due to the known issue. If you don’t have a test site set up, it’s recommended you do so where you can fully troubleshoot any potential issues of new releases before introducing them into your live environment.
Hang tight and have a great week ahead. Cheers!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
