    Hi,

    I’m having trouble with Event Ticket Plus Version 4.3.2.
    I’ve structured my ticket to ask for addition Attendee Info. (names of ticket holders, group ID)
    However, on the front end, customers never see these forms. Please see attached screen shots.

    I’ve gone through this similar support thread and followed the instructions but the problem continues.

    Hi Amy,

    Thank you for reaching out! The attendee meta fields should be on the event page beneath the details and venue info. (see screenshot below)

    The second screenshot you shared with me is of the WooCommerce checkout page where billing/shipping info is collected. I hope this helps clarify your issue and if not, please confirm you’ve reviewed our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with what you learn.

    Thanks for your response.
    The attendee info fields don’t show up anywhere in the event viewing or purchasing process. See my below screen shots of the additional relevant pages.

    As I said in my first thread, I have been through a similar support forum and gone through the conflict tests. I even went through all three Twenty Fourteen, Fifteen and Sixteen theme, deactivating all the plugins and reactivating them etc. I also used Filezilla to confirm that I had in fact deleted wootickets so that would not be a conflict as well as making sure all other useless plugins were deleted and not causing hidden plugins. I saw no change.

    Please advise.

    Good evening Amy,

    I am chiming in for my colleague Hunter.

    Based on what I can see, you are trying to use additional attendee info on a regular WooCommerce product (as opposed to using it in an event or on a page/post).

    Although you can select which post type tickets are allowed in under Events -> Settings -> Tickets,  we purposely disabled the ability to choose a normal WooCommerce product as possible post type in that screen.

    The reason for this is that it has created several issues in the past.
    That being said, if you still want to enable it (at your own risks), you can simply add the following snippet in your theme’s functions.php ): https://git.io/vXEty

    With that in mind, by default, the attendee info cannot be captured in the cart page (at least not for now).

    I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
