Hi,
I have an event.
In this event I set 3 tickets.1. morning
2. afternoon
3. dayFor each ticket I have request attendee information.
If I buy 3 tickets different the tickets generate are right.
1 – morning
1 – afternoon
1 – dayIf I buy 5 tickets different for example only the first ticket has attendee information
3 – morning (all the tickets generate has the attendee information)
1 – afternoon (the tickets has not the attendee information)
1 – day (the tickets has not the attendee information)thanks

Please specify what type of tickets these are and provide a link to this event on your site (just for reference, not for us to buy your site’s tickets).

I was able to replicate this issue on my local testing site with WooCommerce tickets.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

thanksFebruary 20, 2017 at 7:04 am #1242144CliffMemberI understand. Our release cycle fixes bugs regularly, but newly-discovered bugs take some time to get scheduled, which is why I wouldn’t expect a fix for several weeks at the earliest.
The development team is aware of its importance to you.

I wanted to post a quick note here that we have published a new Maintenance Release today that should address some of the problems with the Attendee Information reported in this thread.
