GuestHi,
I’d like to use your Tickets Plus plugin to let users register for events and check out via WooCommerce. I see custom fields for each attendee is possible. I’d like to send this attendee info automatically to Zoho CRM. WooCommerce connects to Zapier which connects to Zoho CRM, but the attendee info can’t be transferred this way. It would only send the WooCommerce checkout info.
Is there a way, other than exporting/importing an excel doc, to get this info to Zoho CRM. I’m just getting familiar with webhooks, but is there a possibility of using this method to send attendee info to Zapier? Any help would be apprecaited.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Josh,
I’d love to help you out with your question here! π
I believe you should be able to do this with our new (free) extension to add data to the WooCommerce order details!
Please let me know if you have further questions about this.
Best of luck with your project!

ParticipantUnfortunately, this doesn’t work. The fields don’t show up in Zapier. Also, with Zapier, I think there would have to be a trigger for each attendee. I assume this is what Eventbrite’s Zapier integration does.

ParticipantHey again Josh,
Since you seem to be a current user of our premium plugins and/or free plugins, if you need technical support, I recommend reaching out to our support on the Event Tickets Plus premium forumΒ or WordPress.org forum. In those places, we have the capacity to provide more technical support. This Pre-Sales forum is reserved specifically for answering questions about the features of our plugins for users who are making decisions about which, if any, to purchase, and for providing theoretical solutions for users to help make these types of decisions.
Let me know if I can clarify any of this!
Best,
Shelby π

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
