ParticipantHello Support,
I just purchased Event Ticket Plus and created some events which require Attendee records. After filling and successfully purchasing tickets, i found out the the attendee data did not store on the database therefore does not show under the details column or when you download the CSV file.
Please assist in resolving this issue as it is greatly affecting my client. I am currently hosting on ipage.com.

MemberGood afternoon Kunle and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the attendee info not saving on your client’s website.
I would love to help you with this topic. The very first thing I would recommend is upgrading the PHP version to at least 5.4x.
In fact, this is the message that constant contact is issuing as well. For the record, WordPress actually suggests 5.6+ for a smooth operation.
Secondly, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch.
It seems like there is a bug when different tickets using attendee information are on the same event. We are actively working on a fix for this.
In fact, it is currently pending smoke testing, so it should be released very shortly.
You will be contacted as soon as it’s out.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through.
Hang in there!

ParticipantHello Geoff,
Thanks for your response. I have upgraded my PHP version to 5.6. I also tried an event that just has a single ticket and yet it did not store the attendee records.
How long will it take to fix this as the attendee record is meant to be the key feature of the system.
Please assist

MemberGood evening Kunle,
Thank you for your answer.
To answer your question, this priority 1 bug should be a part of our next maintenance release if all goes well. That release is scheduled for this week.
In the meantime, the only thing that does work is event that have only 1 ticket type.
The only known workaround for now is to downgrade the Event Tickets plugins to a matching version:
- Event Tickets 4.3.5
- Event Tickets Plus 4.3.5
You can read about this here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/
It’s not perfect, but it should buy you some time.
As for your other question, as long as the name of the attendee is one of the additional attendee information fields, it should appear on the ticket email automatically.
Additionally, you can have the attendee information display on the WooCommerce order as well using the following extension: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/add-event-and-attendee-information-to-woocommerce-order-details/
Have a good weekend,
Geoff B.

ParticipantHello Geoff,
Thanks for your response. I have successfully downgraded the plug in. I have tested and can see that it now stores the attendees records.
The only issue i have now is that it did not send an email of the ticket to the purchases. All i got was the order mails from WooCommerce. What could be wrong and how can i fix it.

ParticipantHello Geoff,
I tired to make payment again and got all the emails even the ticket.
I will work with this until all issues surrounding the 4.4.2 is sorted out.
Thanks
