Allowing website users to submit their own events

Hi, I’m considering purchasing your plug in for our website. We need something that will allow users to submit their own events, preferably without having to log in and use WordPress. I’m thinking of using some sort of form on the front end of the site.

Could you tell me if this plug in with give us the functionality for users to submit events in this way?
