ParticipantHi,
I have shortcake event calendars on the following pageshttps://streathamfestival.com/streatham-strut/
https://streathamfestival.com/art-23/On the latter two pages on single events the “all events” button leads back to the streatham strut page and not to the correct pages. Can you tell em how this can be fixed please

MemberHi Lucy!
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
We apologize for the delay in getting back to you. We are dealing with a high volume of threads at the moment and we are slowly getting back to normal response times.
I’m not sure I understand exactly the issue you are having. I can navigate to the links you shared, but I don’t see the “all events” button you mention. Could you please explain the issue further? You can share screenshots as reference.
When coming back, please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/. We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
Also, there could be a conflict with your theme, another plugin or even some custom code. To make sure we are not dealing with a conflict, please go through the steps outlined in our Testing for Conflicts guide and see if you can reproduce the same issue under default conditions.
Please let us know how it goes.
Thanks,

ParticipantHello!
I hid the all events link with the following code
p.tribe-events-back {display: none;}
I have now disabled this. the problem is that the link leads all back to
the one pagehttps://streathamfestival.com/streatham-strut/
And I want the single events to lead back to the page they are displayed on
eg this event
https://streathamfestival.com/event/art-23-test-2/
when all events is clicked should lead back to
https://streathamfestival.com/art-23/
thankyou

MemberHi Lucy!
Thanks for clarifying that. I can see the “All Events” linking to https://streathamfestival.com/streatham-strut/
By default, the “All Events” link in the single event page redirects to the main events page.
Have you tried refreshing your permalinks to see if any difference? You can try this by navigating to your WP Admin > Settings > Permalinks and simply click “Save Changes”.
If it doesn’t change, then I’d recommend you go through our testing for conflicts guide to make sure you are not dealing with a theme/plugin conflict.
Do you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting.
Please also share your system information so we can have a closer inspection to your site and see if we can spot something out.
Thanks,

ParticipantPlease note that I have had to remove the all events link on the page
below as the page is now livebut you can view the issue on this page
and see that the events link back to the streatham strut page, not the
art 23 pageAugust 28, 2018 at 5:49 am #1607482Victor
MemberHi Lucy,
Thanks for sharing your system information.
You events slug is set to ‘events’. This means your main events page is https://streathamfestival.com/events/. This should be the URL the “All Events” link should point to, so there is something that is not working entirely ok.
Please go through our testing for conflicts guide so we can narrow down where the problem is coming from.
We always suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out without disrupting the live site.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,

MemberHi Lucy,
Unfortunately, there is no built-in functionality to do that. If you wanted to change that behavior you could probably do so, but would require some custom coding.
We are fairly limited in how much support we can give for custom development questions like that. That said, we always like helping out and at least point users into the right direction as much possible.
I’d recommend you take a look at our themer’s guide that will get you started on customizing our plugins.
Let me know if any follow up questions.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
