ParticipantHello,
I just upgraded to the latest version and all looks good on my desktop and tablet, however events are not showing when I try and view on my android and apple phone. This is my event page: http://livingfla.com/events/
Is anyone else having this issue and you help fix?
Thanks,

MemberHey @carcal1 and sorry for the trouble here! I do indeed see that events are not displayed on your site in smaller mobile views, so let’s dig into this together.
First off, it looks like there is a Javascript error on your site:
Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).unslider is not a function (index):251
Are you able to clear out that error and see if the issue continues to happen?
Another way we can test this out is to test for other conflicts. If you are unable to clear out the error above, then please try following the steps outlined in this article and let me know if you continue to see the issue pop up when the site is running only Modern Tribe plugins on a default WordPress theme.
Let’s start there and see what we find.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Geoff,
Thanks for writing back.
I am not that technical but if you can give me detailed instructions i can try to clear.I tried the link but it is asking for a user name and password and my password that i use tor this site is not working.
Also- keep in mind that i did not have this issue before the update.
Thanks,

ParticipantHI Geoff,
I just noticed that when i collapse “filters” on my phone, the events do display.
Can you duplicate this and let me know if it is a bug? Thanks,

MemberHi Cary, thanks for following up!
So, let me clarify one thing before moving on to another. The list of events should indeed be hidden (but only on small screens) when the Filter Bar is expanded and open. Here’s a screencast of my test site and how that works.
The issue I am seeing on your site is that the Filter Bar is open by default on small screens. That means that the events will be hidden (as we’d expect) until the filters are closed.
This is not default behavior and I have not been able to replicate it on my test site. I do think that the Javascript error we saw earlier could be a suspect in why this is happening. But, to be sure, the best way to tell is by switching to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Sixteen) and deactivating all other non-Modern Tribe plugins. If you still see the issue in these conditions, it would be great if you could share that with me and leave it in that state so I can view it myself.
Does that make sense? Let’s give that a try and go from there.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Geoff,
On further researching on your web site… I found that I am having the same issue as discussed in this thread.
It seems that it is a known bug.
Can you confirm this?My temporary fix is to have the filter bar closed as default.
When filterbar is clicked / opened it blocks my content…Please advise.
Thanks,

MemberHi Cary,
It looks like that issue is slated to be patched up in our next maintenance release which should come out (barring any unforeseen circumstances) by the end of the end. I’m still not totally convinced that the issue reported in that thread is the same as you’re describing here, but let’s keep an eye out for version 4.1.1 to release and see if that resolves things from there.
Thanks!
