Adding Venue Details & Organizer Details

I just installed the community events plugin and when displaying the add events form the Venue and Organizer details are preloaded with information that doesn’t seem to belong. Here’s the page http://ulivewv.com/events/community/add

1. The form requires a login to see it. Can you either temporarily undo this requirement so we can view the form, or post some login credentials here for us to use?

The issues on your submission page are not ones that I can recreate, and it appears to be the result of either a theme or plugin conflict.

What I would recommend is to do the complete set of troubleshooting steps on this page → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ After EACH STEP in that process, check back on the submission page and see if anything improves along the way.
