Adding a ticket (button greyed out)

Hi

I’ve installed The Events Calendar to display a calendar and Event Tickets to allow for purchasing tickets via Paypal and limiting the quantity.

However the +New Ticket button below the event details is greyed out. Only the +New RSVP is clickable. Is there a setting I need to change to allow for purchasing tickets via Paypal using the free version?

p.s. I installed these two free plugins based on pre-sales advice given by Courtney on 14th Sept 2018.
