Our plugins are current and licensed but when anyone tries to add a ticket to their cart it automatically adds 2 tickets.

This will help us investigate this, because this is not default behavior and I cannot recreate it on my site unless I write custom code that specifically does that….

I took a look at your site and tried to spot a error, but I could not find a JavaScript error or anything like that.
Unfortunately, this may be a theme or plugin code conflict. I would recommend that you try all of the steps in this article to see if you notice any difference in behavior → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
I’m sorry that this is the best option I can recommend at this time! But I cannot recreate the problem on my own sites and cannot spot a specific surface-level error on your site.
