Add Event page won't scroll down

For some reason now the Add Event page won’t scroll down. I have to publish the event and then edit it in order to be able to fill out the rest of the event details. If I use the Tab key on the keyboard I can get the page to move down but this is a real hassle.

Another thing I noticed is this does not happen on the admin account. It only seems to happen on the user role that was created to manage the calendar only.
