Sorry to hear about the troubles! As always, please run through our Testing for conflicts article to make sure there are no conflicts in play.
I went ahead and tested the issue you described on my test environment and indeed saw the spinning wheel and no ticket was saved. I’ve gone ahead and created a ticket in regards to the subject. Again, I’m sorry to hear about the troubles and stay posted to theeventscalendar.com/blog and your WP-admin for updates.
