Reminder: 3.10 Release Candidate code is now available

For those folks who may not have seen it in our latest email newsletter, we’ve made release candidate code for the forthcoming version 3.10 available to the public!

This is a big update. To make sure you have plenty of time to prepare for the update and to alter your customizations as needed, we’re providing you early access to the new code through your Downloads page. We are doing this so that you and/or your developers can work through any potential issues now, before the official release. We recommend that you install this RC version on a test site and/or back up your site before installing, just in case.

To bring you this early release code, we’ve just added a new feature to your account on TheEventsCalendar.com. If you’ve currently got active licenses for any of our premium plugins, you’ll see a list of release candidate (“early access”) plugins under My Account –> Downloads. The downloaded .zip can be uploaded to your site like any other plugin.

On your Downloads page we’ve also included an RC for the core The Events Calendar 3.10, which is required to run any of the premium add-ons. If you don’t have a valid license, or if your license has expired, you won’t have access to any premium release candidate code.

We look forward to hearing your feedback!
