Maintenance Release
The latest version of The Events Calendar adds some helpful information to the Troubleshooting page and improves compatibility with PHP 8.3 to prevent fatals.
As always, we recommend testing updates on a staging site first, but it should all be smooth sailing.

Bugs that were squashed in this release:
- Converts default values of protected vars to empty array to potentially prevent fatals in PHP 8.3+ props to @aaronsilber!

- Adds search capabilities to the countries dropdown in onboarding.
- Adds filters: `stellarwp_uplink_`
- Removes filters: `tec_help_troubleshooting_issues_found`, `tec_help_troubleshooting_issues`
