This version of Promoter resolves button issues not displaying or working, and adds missing shortcuts.

- Resolves the triggers button not being clickable.
- Fixes the Preview, Save, Delete, Activate Trigger, and Send Test buttons being unavailable.
- Adds missing shortcuts
- Fixes merge tags that were not being added to the message
- Layout issues on the Custom List page
- The templates page returns a blank page
