Maintenance Release

The latest version of Event Tickets Plus solves a fatal error that occurred with refunded orders from WooCommerce, plus additional squashing of annoying bugs.

As always, we recommend testing updates on a staging site first, but it should all be smooth sailing.

Bugs that were squashed in this release:

• We have fixed the Attendee info date field format not matching the date format set in the settings.
• Fixed an error in the order report when WooCommerce orders were refunded.
