Advanced Events Admin Bar
⚠️ Note: This extension requires The Events Calendar 5.15.0 or higher, or Event Tickets 5.4.0 or higher. If you are using older versions then please, use this version instead.
By default, The Events Calendar is included in the WordPress admin bar that is displayed at the top of the screen when you are logged into WordPress.
One of the options in the Events menu is Settings, which has its own set of options based on which calendar add-ons are installed.
This is nice of course, but there are so many other types of settings that are available on the event settings screen that are not displayed in this menu.
Wouldn’t it be nice to access all those things directly from the WordPress admin bar the same way you can the add-ons? That’s what this extension does. Once installed, you will have direct access to the different calendar settings without having to go to the main settings page first.
To make it even better, all these items are also directly accessible from the Events menu on the left side of the dashboard.
With the release of Event Tickets 5.4.0 the new Tickets menu was introduced, which also moved all ticket-related settings under this menu. The extension handles that as well.
Known glitches
- The Settings menu item is duplicated under both the Events and the Tickets menu.
