Maintenance Release
The latest version of Event Tickets primarily focuses on enhancing accessibility (including Stripe form contrast and ARIA attributes), correcting RSVP capacity saving in the Block Editor, and refining how available tickets are calculated on event lists.
As always, we recommend testing updates on a staging site first, but it should all be smooth sailing.
✅ Fixed
Bugs that were squashed in this release:
- Changes the way that the available tickets are being calculated on the event list.
- Correctly saves RSVP capacity in Block Editor.
- Improves accessibility by updating the Stripe credit card form input error color to meet contrast validation requirements.
- Removes json_ld from RSVP emails.
- Adds aria-label to the close button on the ticket list modal.
- Adds the attribute “role” on RSVP alerts to improve accessibility.
- Prevents loss of focus when description content is hidden in the checkout modal.
- Sets the toggle description button state programmatically with aria-expanded in the checkout modal.
