Maintenance Release

Event Tickets 5.3.1 features some improved stability and performance fixes to the plugin.

As always, we recommend testing updates on a staging site first, but it should all be smooth sailing.

✨ Enhancements

Small improvements made in this release:

• We updated a theme compatibility class to make use of common compatibility classes.
• We tweaked the get_tickets method to improve stability and performance around tickets.
• Stripe scripts are now being loaded as `type=module`.

✅ Fixes

Bugs that were squashed in this release:

• We fixed a warning message that was appearing when creating an event via Community Events.
• Fixed an issue that caused three emails to be sent when using Stripe payments.
• Views now default to V2 if using Event Tickets only.
• Currency symbol in the tickets block respects the currency selected on the Tickets Commerce settings, when using Event Tickets as a standalone plugin.
