My apologies, you’re right. It does still happen when Woo Tickets is deactivated.
Deadline fever caused me to make an assumption that I shouldn’t have 🙂

ztalk112ParticipantPlease ignore my last post . . . it turns out that because I didn’t deactivate Woo Tickets on my local server before trying to activate the license on the remote server, I was actually still trying to update the plugin locally. It has now updated successfully on the remote server 🙂
ztalk112ParticipantI’ve now migrated the site to a hosted (vps) web server and the error persists with message “Download failed. Internal Server Error.”
