ParticipantThere appears to be an issue with the responsive styling of the cart when Woo Tickets 3.5 is used with the latest WooThemes Canvas theme (5.6.3) on WordPress 3.8.1.
When reviewed on a desktop, the cart displays correctly at seen in this screenshot:
http://www.theracerelations.com/temp/cart_desktop.pngHowever, when the same browser window is reduced down beyond the responsive trigger point, the cart is displayed minus the unit price and the quantity adjustment field as seen in this screenshot:
http://www.theracerelations.com/temp/cart_responsive.pngThe effect is that while the cart update button is still present, the user has no way to change the contents of the cart by adjusting the quantity.
I first noticed this on my Nexus 7 tablet , but as I said above, I can re-create same simply by reducing the size of my Chrome browser on the desktop.
As with the other styling conflict I posted about https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/canvas-5-6-3-styling-conflict/, this would seem to be Canvas specific as it does not affect any of the default WordPress themes.

MemberNo need to bump – we are experiencing higher than normal demand for support and try to work through the threads in the order they were posted – bumping effectively causes us to see threads as more recent than they actually are so it doesn’t raise the priority – quite the reverse 🙂
To the issue at hand: I don’t actually think this is anything to do with WooCommerce Tickets – unless of course you can demonstrate that the same thing doesn’t happen if WooCommerce Tickets is deactivated and you add a regular WooCommerce product to the cart.
With that in mind, I would recommend discussing this with your theme’s support team.
I hope that helps 🙂

ParticipantMy apologies, you’re right. It does still happen when Woo Tickets is deactivated.
Deadline fever caused me to make an assumption that I shouldn’t have 🙂

MemberNo probem!
As this thread’s not seen much activity for the last couple of weeks so I’ll go ahead and close it. Of course if you still need help with this or any other issue please don’t hesitate to create a new thread (or threads) and one of the team will be only too happy to help. Thanks!
