    I’m getting an internal server error when trying to update Woo Tickets to v3.5 from 3.4.1 on a local wamp server.

    I have tried deactivating all other plugins and reverting to default WP 2012 theme. I have an error log available in txt format (but I don’t know what it means : )

    Note that:

    1. I was able to install Woo Tickets 3.4.1 via Upload > zip file earlier this week (prior to the update becominng available).

    2. I am able to get v3.5 installed manually (tried it successfully), but that requires deleting ticket data so it’s not a fix going forward.

    3. I was able to update The Events Calendar automatically to v3.5 via the update link.

    I’ve now migrated the site to a hosted (vps) web server and the error persists with message “Download failed. Internal Server Error.”

    Please ignore my last post . . . it turns out that because I didn’t deactivate Woo Tickets on my local server before trying to activate the license on the remote server, I was actually still trying to update the plugin locally. It has now updated successfully on the remote server 🙂
