Thanks…
I did the update…
Added the license key!
Same issue- No improvement 🙁“Sold 0 (remaining 0)” –
And the amount of tickets is deleted when I save
I tried on the existing event and a new.zobelParticipantHi George
Sure, the two events was the ones I created as the first and as recurring events.
It was in that topic I did everything at once – Made all the other weekly events until 31-12-2015
One event to rule them all 🙂
That’s why I called it the “masters”.
1880 was starting on a Sunday running every week.
1883 was staring on a Tuesday running every week.Best regards

zobelParticipantThe 502 cleared up.. (Strange)…
I found the solution in another tread.
Self help is always best!!zobelParticipantThe plugin: The MailChimp plugin allows you to quickly and easily add a signup form for your MailChimp list.
Version 1.4.1
Is conflicting with qty buttons… GONE
But I still need to set default qty to 1 🙂zobelParticipantCool… So I take the email.php and tickets.php from the core “tickets” system and copy them to my new folder in my theme dir into the wooticket folder? Is that correct.
And IF SO… The standard function of sending the customer his/her ticket should be working? (well it’s not)…??

zobelParticipantHi Kelly,
Thanks for your reply!
Is there a “HOW-TO”? … I mean where to I put them?Am I to use: add_role(‘shop_manager’, __(‘Shop Manager’, ‘woocommerce’), array(
OR
add_role( ‘custom_role’, ‘Custom Role’, array(
I am just wanting to have a Normal user ROLE: “Shop Manager” to be able to create events, edit and delete etc. (Like an admin)!!

zobelParticipantHi Kelly,
So I need to copy some files to my theme!
The guide might be out of date?
It says: To modify an add-on (for example, the community add-on) create the folder
/tribe-events/community/
/tribe-events/pro/
/tribe-events/wootickets/When opening the files it says (email.php)
file at [your-theme]/tribe-events/tickets/email.php
So is it wootickets or tickets?
And it a guessing game where to find the files!
email.php is in one location
tickets.php is somewhere else….
Had I known I need a master degree in detective skills and a programmers mind to add a few tickets to a calendar… Hmmm
I didn’t want to redo the entire structure of your plugin – I just needed to have the ticket emailed to the buyer? Why else is the plugin called ‘tickets’?Best regards
Zobel
