Yes, this should be a feature. If anyone else is interested there is already a request.
I can’t recall if this has worked in the past or not. I just assumed this would be the case that if an event did not exist in the ical file it would be removed from wordpress if it exists.
Is this a planned feature or is this function not something that is going to happen?
