Thank you so much for your work on this and your message. I apologize that we didn’t answer before, as our work processes make us use The Events Calendar mostly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to prepare the week’s edition; we therefore were not able to test thoroughly before. However, it seems that indeed all is well now with the patch applied, both for the resaving process with old events and new recurring events.

Thanks!

Cheers, Florent
woxx s.c.ParticipantThank you for your reply, one vote more then. It is a disappointment that custom fields, for which we bought the Pro version, cannot be read in the API without more work for us. We need them to export our calendar to a printed copy of our newspaper, and the data model is not complete without them for our lay-out.
What we are worried about is two-fold before proceeding with our project, which is based on The Events Calendar:
1. If we develop our own workaround, we may have to work again once the feature becomes available – and that means further development costs.
2. To avoid this and choose to go or not to go at this point, we would need to understand some sort of timeframe for this feature to be available.Would you please have an estimate for #2?
