ParticipantHi George,
Thanks for the update. I deleted and reinstalled the hot fix 4.3.1.1 and this seems to have corrected the problems.
Thanks again for your excellent assistance.

ParticipantHello George,
I deleted and uploaded new versions of both events calendar and events tickets.
When I attempt to reactivate Events Calendar Pro, the site fails/I get the “white-screen” again.
Should I try to update/replace the Events Calendar Pro ?

ParticipantHello George,
Thanks for your quick assistance and advice.
Just to be clear, you advise I delete and replace the-events-calendar 4.3.1.1
You also suggest I do this for event-tickets 4.3.1.1
This means I leave the-events-calendar-pro 4.3.1 and the-events-calendar-community-events 4.3.1 completely untouched? Yes?
Re: PHP
My site is currently running on PHP 5.3.9
Thanks

ParticipantPlease excuse the error in the fourth-last line of the previous submission.
The line says “hate-screen”
When I reactivate events-calendar-pro, the site fails/I get a “hate-screen”
It should read “white-screen”
Apologies for auto-correct…

ParticipantHi lacki141,
Thanks for the suggestions. I do have Version: 1.9.8.2 of Responsive on my site and Version: 0.0.8 of Responsive mobile is activated.
I now seem to have a series of conflicts across the site, including other themes not loading in preview which appear [at least in part] to be pointing to the CC Theme.
Time to part ways with cyberchimps… Their support is not a shadow of some of the other groups I use… such as Events Calendar
Thanks for your generous offer of advice. Really appreciated.

ParticipantHi Hunter,
Thanks for the contact. I did neglect to mention that Google Maps are displaying correctly on other parts of my site, such as my main posts page?
You say:
…but we don’t have any logged bugs of users reporting similar issues, so your best bet would be to work with the theme author
I will do this, but just wanted to check again to see if there are any other similar issues of Google maps not displaying?
Regards
Bill

Do you have a recommended procedure for reinstalling?
Kind regards

ParticipantHi Geoff,
Thanks for the welcome! Just outstanding Plugins! I plan to add a few to my business, they are a great help!
Thanks for the advice. I will try a reinstall. I have definitely *not* remove anything so not sure why the directory is not there?
I have both the-events-calendar and the-events-calendar-community-events installed and in BOTH installations, the only three sub-directories I see are:
-
lang
src
vendor -
