Thank you very much Berry with the help of the Event Rocket plugin i am able to get the exact location of the events and like you have suggested the state i am using the text field to fill in name of the state.

The problem is when i try to select existing organiser it keeps asking me to fill in the email address the only way getting around is creating a new organiser.

Hey Barry Thank you for the reply. Yes the empty field i can enter the default venue but in the map its not exact location, how can i have my venue to actully be accurate on google map ? can i add longitude or latitude on venue ? currently the map is just general location here is some venue i have added please guide me how can i get my venue on google map to be exact location

now the way that you have guide me is in appearance giving me the result i want but my concern is with each events if i keep on adding the same product name that is “super supreme” or “vip” this in the woocommerce section will be a mess and if a user decides to purchase 2 ticket of different events but in VIP how will this be distinguished and if i would like to implement barcode to my product how general of different event be separated ? and how will the ticket look on print out?

Hey Thank you Geoff,

The code you have given worked perfectly with default events page, but how do i get the same date format to show in the custom short code where i have used ‘_EventStartDate’ to display date currently its in “2015-04-30 00:00:00” this format and how can i remove the countdown timer ?? I have placed the code you ahe provided in my child theme functions.php but it does not help.

I have to admit defeat on this. Re-direction is not a elegant solution so we will just go with custom post types and use a custom field plugin for the event times instead sorry.
