    It was a conflict with the theme. We are using U-design is from Theme forest. But We have been using that theme and we didn’t have problems until now. Is there any solution for this conflict or the only solution is changing the theme that we are using for our website?

    I do not understand how to make this work and just generate one ticket but allow them to pay for example for 200 kids at $5 per person

    DID EVERYTHING YOU SAID ABOVE AND GET TO THIS STEP

    You should find a row that says _tribe_progressive_ticket_current_number (this is the one that you should edit to reset the count)

    So How do I edit it to reset it?

    I have no issues with using the phpMyAdmin as it is our own server and we are comfortable with working on the “back end” of the site – I just need to know where to look or what to do.
