ParticipantHi Geoff, the extension you mentioned is the one that I had installed. It shows the number in the online list but not the exported or emailed lists.

ParticipantHi Brook,
I’m sure this is a simple answer but, What is the Ticket ID and what does this number refer to? Its not ticket number or order number, and I could not find it a similar number within woo or event calendar. Also if two tickets are purchased at the same time, they both tickets have the same ticket ID.
thanks

ParticipantHi Geoff, thanks for the update as mentioned i know things are busy, I just didn’t want the thread to be closed 🙂
I am also getting the following warning message not sure if that is the glitch you are referring to:
Warning: reset() expects parameter 1 to be array, string given in /home/vchaine/public_html/chaine/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Commerce/WooCommerce/Main.php on line 576twice in the order-received page and once in one of the emails.
will send you docs in private message. I am using Avada theme and child theme.

ParticipantThanks Victor,
I finally managed to get it to work. needed to troubleshoot a little. By hiding the HTML using the plugin (so i avoided duplicating the text) that caused my code in the template file “echo tribe_events_after_html();” not to display anything. What I had to do was go into the function itself and copy the code into my template file. leaving out “echo apply_filters( ‘tribe_events_after_html’, $after );”. Now my conditions of sale are displaying under the meta.
I also added a if (! tribe_is_past_event( $post_id ) ) so that the text only displays on upcoming events.

ParticipantHi Geoff,
Just wanted to see if you had and updates on this. I know the team was busy with the woocommerce fix, I just wanted you to know that i was still interested in this and didn’t want the thread to be closed.
