Nevermind, we figured out that we needed to create an application in the Eventbrite developer’s area and use those API credentials. We originally thought it was an issue with the plugin, but it isn’t.

Unfortunately the development environment was connected to the internet and was at one point publicly accessible on the internet.
We removed the license keys from the original site prior to submitting the thread. At this time there are no license keys noted on the development environment. Since we have full control over the server, we even suspended the use of the development environment to see if taking that version of the website offline altogether and it still didn’t work.
We disconnected the site, logged into the live environment with the different domain, implemented the license keys, saved the settings and returned to the The Events Calendar website’s license key page and it will still list the old domain.
Note these files have been migrated from one cPanel account to a new cPanel account. It’s a multisite network, but we’re only using these plugins on one website in the network.
