    Hi there,

    I purchased the Eventbrite plugin on September 29th, but I continue to run into issues with it. We have the key provided saved in the Settings > Licenses as required and the URL listed under where the license has been added is our website which is listed correctly so I’m not entirely sure why we’re receiving this error.

    Can someone help?

    Nevermind, we figured out that we needed to create an application in the Eventbrite developer’s area and use those API credentials. We originally thought it was an issue with the plugin, but it isn’t.
