I will approach WooThemes and see if they can help me, though in the past when a problem stems from a plug-in they don’t sell/support, they point fingers back at the plug-in vendor. Here is the confounding thing, I have checked with Stripe, which handled the payment, and it went through–meaning they have already debited my credit card account for the ticket purchase. So, from their perspective, the order is completed. The question is why, 17 hours later, the order still shows as “processing” in the WooCommerce order page. I’ll let you all know what WooThemes says, if indeed they have an answer for me.
