    Hi Barry,

I understand and appreciate your patience and help with this as well. I just wanted to make sure my license didn’t end and I wouldn’t be able to continue this thread communication.

But as I’ve stated many times in this thread that this was a feature for the 1st year that we were implementing this plugin and the issue started around December 2015 so from my perspective this is a bug and should be fixed as soon as possible since this is the way we are able to use the plugin within our website. I agree that it is probably not specifically related to the Pro version but still the deals with the .csv importer for plugin in general.

I want to make sure this isn’t going to be categorized as a proposed feature request and still considered a priority. We use this plugin for most of our client websites that use calendars so please advise.

    Thank you

    Hi Geoff,

Could you please extend my license for another month it states that it will be expiring in 4 days.

    Thanks!

Also I noticed on our account that it still states our license is still expiring in a week. I was told it would be extended for another month?

    thank you

    Hi Josh,

I understand thank you. Just wondering what will happen when the extended license runs out on April 10th and the issue still hasn’t been resolved what will happen?

    Thank you,
    Alison

    Hi Josh,

That sounds perfect! When do you think this will be implemented? This next month is coming up soon and I want to make sure that we can upload these calendars before April begins if at all possible.

Thank you again for all of your help on this. I believe this would be a very helpful feature moving forward.

    Hi Josh,

So when you say with the “existing importer” do you mean that with the most current update that this functionality changed? Because as I’ve stated before we were able to use the importer with this setup perfectly fine without any issues before December 2015. I would like to know if you could incorporate that functionality again since we base our calendars filtering off of the event categories. If the importer doesn’t recognize event categories what is the point of them?

I would like to just use the events calendar plugin and not have to use a plugin on top of another plugin and troubleshoot this issue when it use to work this way before the update. I’m sure others would agree that this is a necessary function needed for the .csv importer.

    Please advise.

    Hi Josh,

I just saw the notification that the support will be slow from March 2-9 but our license expires on the March 10 I believe. I won’t be able to talk my client into renewing if we don’t have any feedback from support. We have been dealing with this issue for a month. Please advise.

    Hi Josh,

Just following up on the status of your testing for the .csv files I provided? Are you seeing the same issue?

    Thank you
